Prvo zelje stiglo na tržnice!



Dobra je i repa, ali zelje.... evo baš mi ostalo friško skiseljenog, pa cemo danas iskombinirat neku salaticu od toga..

  30g zobenih sa šalicom mlijeka (o,9)
  150g pršuta i par maslina
  250g posnog i šaka badema 
  3 jaja i sataraš
  150g posnog....

 (nisam imala ništa drugo za ujutro...a ne mogu gladna izac iz kuce...navika...;)

evo krenula ja u teretanu nakon ohoohoohoooo al sad ide 2 tjedna turbo LAGANO sa minimum težina, bilo mi baš smješno radit al trener tako kaže ...

evo od juce:

* 50g zobenih u mlijeku
*jabuka,zeleni caj s 10g meda
*130g tune i zdjela zelene salate
*jogurt i 150g posnog
*šnicla pileca
*posni oko 250g

hm..cini mi se da je tu još nešt bilo al ne sjetim se.,otprilike to je to

ooo bome imam ja apetita, nebi ostala gladna nema šanse danas nema teretane, pa vjerojatno cu i manje jesti , sutra opet tipkam ;)

 uvijek cu dat prednost riži, tjesteninu više ni ne jedem (nikakvi posebni razlozi - dosadila mi ) ...rižu opalim 1-2x tjedno...

evo kak je bilo i kako ce biti danas:

zajutrak: 2 male jabukice
d: 50g zobenih s mrvu mlijeka/ostatak voda +kašikica kakaaa
r: 130g tune + zdjeletina kupus salate
u: 230g šampinjona +100g posnog
pa idem na trening vrrrrloooo lagani (jedva cekam da startam žestoko )
v: posni oko 100-150g iiiii šta da tu ubacim??
i prije spavanja ako budem gladna još kašiku dvje posnog

ME?U- Zdjelica smrznutih višanja (baš su mi se jele višnje, ajme...)

R_ Povrtna juha + Povrtni mix
   Pilece bilo(hladna pecenka), Integralna riža s graškom(iliti-RIZI BIZI)
   Mix najrazlicitijih zelenih salata

NESCAFFE

V-2 fete mali crni
   170 g Posni, Jogurt Light

BEFORE SLEEP MEAL (BSM   )- 2 integralna keksa i sama iscijedih (u aoristu, da bude slikovitije ) 1 narancu u juice
