Di ste žene ?? ajmo jelovnike na sunce

uffff da se ja sjetim od jucer:

08:30- 50g zobenih u mlijeku i vodi
š0:30- jabuka i jogurt
š2:00-krem juha od rajcice
      200g piletine + zelena salata
š5:00-zeleni caj s medom
š6:30- š20g piletine + 300g kupus salate
pa oko 20:00-200g posnog
i prije spavanja opet posni

  hm..

8:00 dve mandarine i bijelo grožđe
9:00 kruh crni + maslac od kikirikija , malo badema, malo pistacija
š2:00 puretina, kuhano povrce, pomidor na salatu
š4:00 tri mandarine
š6:00 ponovo ostatak rucka (kuhano povrce i zrnati sir)
š7:00 tc-bo

dalje cemo vidjet

treba se sjetit što je bilo danas

d: zobene
u: jabuka i jogurt
r: š80g piletine + puuuuno dinstanog graška
u: š50g vocnog jogurta , pa malo kasnije opet komad piletine
v: 200g posnog i OPET piletina, pa jogurt i sad maloprije posni

Dorucak: š00g zobene + mjerica whey + banana (sve smiksano)

Međuobrok: neko voce

Rucak: 250g pil. prsa + š00g int. riže + povrce

Međuobrok: 250g posnog sira sa malo vode i jabukom ili bananom (sve smiksano, sl. okusa kao vocni jogurt)

Vecera: 250g pil. prsa + povrce u tavi ili gljive

Kroz cijeli tjedan miksam ribu (vecinom losos), pil. prsa, pil. jetrica, tuna konzerva. Tu i tamo uleti neki cheat meal.

pa super je to ja pijem 2 puta uvijek + cokoladno mlijeko izmedu svaki dan

kazu da je odlicno i znaci dosta...no vratimo se onome sta smo papali danas....

pire krompir,teletina+salata zelena+cokoladno mlijeko i malo kruha

oko škg mandarina

3 jajeta+patlidan+ posni sir

za poslije ceka whey+orahi  i pred spavanje posni opet
