tako nekako... ja med jedem na žlicu.. i kad krene zima , ga jedem jako puno, ali stvarno... tegla meda mi traje š0ak dana.. uglavnom bar 40 g meda sa zobenima.. (kontam ako je ono malo pakiranje 20g... meni to izlgeda ko jedna velika žlica, tako da ... dve tri velike žlice... hm... ) |

uh..moj je današnji dan obilat : od jutra zobene,orasi i mlijecno-jajcani proteini...kavica...malo pecenog pileceg bijelog meseka sa paradajzom i fetom....pa poslije kuhani batat sa šampinjonima...pa mandarina...pa bademi i suhe smokve i s.marelice....i sad je shake od vanilije
