Možda jer je na defki i na low carb? Pa još nakon 8h sna... poprilicno je prazan glikogen, što nije?

..samo je pitanje da li je uopce na low carbu, koliko dugo i kakav je trening, odnosno je li dovoljno intezivan da se isprazni..
..a i pitanje je o kojem glikogenu pricamo jer se mišicni prazni aktivnošcu, što intezivnijom to bolje, dakle ne praznimo ga spavajuci i nekim laganini kardiom od š0-ak min.. Edited by Gym_girl |

evo moj jelovnik: zobene+whey+posni pil. prsa š50g + 3-4 jaja + zelena salata 6 jaja + salata riža š00-š50g +posni+whey (prije treninga) whey+dex. (nakon treninga) riža š50g + 250-300g pil. prsa + hrpa salate 500g posnog + šaka badema (prije spavanja) |
