inace, jucer sam preeetjerala sa grahom i to kasnije popodne a treninga nije bilo, došlo mi umrijet

10.00 - zobene sa nemasnim jogurtom
13.30 - zrnati sir + 3 šnite integralnog + malo purecih prsa
17.30 - tanjur mahuna bez zaprške

za navecer uopce nemam ideju kaj bih

 9 h - jabuka, nes

10,30 - zobene i jogurt

14 h - sendvic sa purecom šunkom i posnim - nije bilo sastojaka za tupperware

17,30 - posni + bademi + kikiriki

20 - mix prokulica i brokulica + oslic

  danas: 8.30 zobene, i jedna manja banana, 1,5dcl mlijeka
              12.30 250dkg orade, sa malo maslinovog ulja, povrce kuhano
              (nekih sat vremena hodanja)
              16.30 250dkg orade, cherry rajcica
              i još cu navecer siric 15dkg, sa pomidorom ili tako nešto.....

oko š8 planiram ici trcati, ako ne to, nešto cu drugo....

              ( i da pojela sam jednu jabuku oko 15 nakon šetnje, da ne zaboravim)

8:00 grož?e bijelo (oko 500g mozda i vise)
10:00 crni kruh s medom
11:00 teretana
12:00 posni + tri mandarine
14:00 tanjur graha :)))  , salata puterica, posni
17:00 caj, bademi
19:00 pureca delux , pomidor, rikula, jogurt

Z: velika jabuka
D: 40g zobenih u malo mlijeka i vode
U: oko 200g posnog mejbi malo više + 100g raženog
R: 200g kuhane piletine + salata

to je zasad, bit ce još jer ne osjetim sitost uopce, PMS me šora :(


previše jel???????? puuuuuno UH danas, jako puno

Meni je ovaj jelovnik i vise nego dobar...ja tu ne vidim pretjerivanje sa UH.

primijetila sam da svako jutro jedeš jabuku kao zajutrak,pa me zanima dal to jedeš radi nekog određenog razloga?
p.s. nemoj misliti da nešto krivo radiš

ja isto znam nekad jabuku pojest ujutro prije dorucka, pogotovo ako se ranije dignem, oko 8, onda mi baš traži neko voce..

Također jabuka fan. Može i kao kašica od Fruteka/Hippa

Mr. G. misliš???? ne znam ja mislim da je malo previše, ali imam uuuuuužasnu potrebu za UH , trebaju mi doci one ženske stvari jel a i cini mi se koda sam se maaaaaaaalo udebljala, osjetim da mi traperce postaju malo uže, možda zbog vježbanja jer sam tek pocela nakon višemjesecne pauze ..hm...

Evice, ta jabukica me fino baš osvježi a i pokrene mi probavu tako na prazan želudac, probaj i ti

edit: još sam jela, jogurt š80g i pola šnitice kruha ...joooooooojjjj..ubi me taj kruh

a cuj, ti najbolje znaš kad ti je previše ali ja mislim da ovo danas uopce nije problem...uostalom i da danas pojedeš malo više, sutra smanjiš i to je to
