  onda sam radio vise za prsa nego triceps.. ali drugi tjedan cu probat objesit 40,50kg.. makar samo jedno dizanje

a kako si napraviš dodatno opterecenje na dipsevima? gdje zakaciš utege?

  ma tesko da ce uteg od 20,30 kg uspjet drzat izmedju nogu.. ima za kupit pojas na koji se ovjesi..Thorn je o njemu pricao, oko 90kn..

Tako je, a ujedno ga i kupio prije nekih 3 tjedna i definitivno se isplati uzeti. Od tada mi je stalno u torbi.

što se tice dipsa, najvažnije ti je propadneš li do kraja pa se digneš do pola (vecinom prsa), ili od te polovice se dižeš prema gore dok se ruke ne isprave u laktovima, tj. lockout (vecinom triceps).

Toliko sam se iscrpio u teretani da sam jedva stajao na poslu...užas, najviše mi je smetala upala ramena.

Hvala na informaciji. Definitivno onda moram se dizat do pola jer mi je to glavna vjezba za prsa taj dan, a triceps je vec odradjen sa izolacijskom vjezbom.

He he, to je onda bio pravi trening. Barem znas da si odradio do maksimuma.

š40xš na prednjem cucnju, š90x3 na rumunjskom dl cime sam jako jako zadovoljan jer sam ga odradio nakon što sam doslovno uništio posterior chain i cns prednjim i pogotovo box cucnjem.

trbušnjaci i leđnjaci uobicajeno...par njih više-manje

leđa - lat mašina (ispred glave) 2xš0 - 20 kg, 2xš0,8 - 25 kg, šx3 - 30 kg
       - veslanje na donjoj koloturi 3xš0 - 20 kg, 2x8 - 25 kg

biceps - biceps pregib 3xš0,8,6 - 5 kg
             hammer curl 3xš0,8,6 - 4 kg
             pregib sa zaokretom - 3xš0,8,6 - 5 kg

abduktor/aduktor - 2xš0 - 40 kg; 2xš0 - 45 kg

gluteusi - zamah unazad u stojecem položaju 3xš2,š0 - š5 kg
             - podizanje noge skvrcene u koljenu na strunjaci - 4x max
