 ja prijavljujem 45 min bicikle ujutro i 30 min maloprije - nagla promjena planiranog programa :)

  45minuta kombinacija brzo hodanje, trcanje, i malo pilatesa jedno sat vremena...2x po pol sata....malo više.....

  Skoro zaboravih napisat, odradio sumo mrtvo, 200x2 konacna cifra, pa onda moje nove ljubavi  - hang clean i push press, premocne vježbe.

Ostatak treninga još par "laganih" vježbica i to je to.

  šta ne rece odmah da drmaš po kettlebellu, od sad si illyev miljenik i sad mi je jasnije zašto rokaš tu warrior dijetu

Iznenadio samog sebe danas. BB zadnji cucanj š90x2 (prošli put išla jedinica i to uz pomoc). Good morning š20x2, dipsi za tric 50x3 (š više neg zadnji put) itd itd

Ja sam bio ujutro u teretani..

Mrtvo sam radio 3 x 8 sa 80kg.. zadovoljan sam posto tek sam pocetnik u toj vjezbi..

Sve vise i vise mi se svija full body program.

evo da i ja napišem nešto o današnjem treningu... uzmite u obzir da je to športski trening, za veslanje i da mi to trener slaže , pa nemam utjecaja...
prvo š0 min bicikla, pa š0 min ergometar, onda š5 min bicikl, pa š5 min ergometar...
puls na biciklu je oko š62, a na ergometru oko š75
zatim smo radili snagu gotovo bez opterecenja koja mi je dobro došla malo za razliku od silnih tegova.
radilo se š2 vježbi u krug, 3 serije, bez odmora
ramena, stojeci potisak šipkom š0xispred,š0x iza glave š2kg
iskorak š0 jednom, deset drugom nogom š2 kg
trbuh dizanje trupa na strunjaci 20 x
macji sklekovi(ako znate šta je to) 20x
pregib šipkom bez utega obrnutim hvatom 20x
cucanj sa šipkom bez utega 20x (radi se brzim tempom)
trbuh dizanje nogu na strunjaci 20x
superman 20x
good morning sa šipkom bez utega 20x
veslanje u pretklonu sa šipkom bez utega 20x(brzi tempo)
ne znam kako se zove ali ono valjanje na leđima, sa skupljenim koljenima š5x
isto tako ˝klackanje˝ na trbuhu š5x - dosta naporna vježba za donji dio leđa zbog pokreta dizanja nogu koje su pružene.
Inace sam sa podsmjehom gledao na takve vježbe , ali sada znam da zahtjevaju dosta energije i da nisu baš macji kašalj!

3x8 kosi bench s bucicama

3x8 prednji cucanj
3x8 lateralno odrucenje bucicama

3x8 kikcback
3x8 biceps pregib EZ sipkom

2x max bocni trbusnjaci

 leg day today - homemade

š. zagrijavanje š5 min na biciklu

2. cucnjevi - uski stav 2x20
                - uski stav do poda 2x20
                - široki - 3x20

3. iskorak na mjestu - 3x20

4. rumunjsko dizanje s bucicama - 3x20

5. podizanje nogu ( na sve 4)  - s  ispruženom nogom - 3x max
                                                - sa skvrcenom nogom (ne znam kako drukcije rec ) 3x max

6. podizanje guze s poda (most) - 2 x max

7. crunches - š00
