voće je poželjno u svakom slučaju. bilo da treniraš ili ne tijelu su potrebni minerali, vitamini, prehrambena vlakna, elektroliti...
a to sve možeš dobiti iz voća. kao ni u čemu ne treba pretjerivati, ali jesti ga u granicama i sigurno ćeš imati daleko više koristi nego štete. |
