Misicna masa i kickbox

Treniram kickbox 3 puta sedmicno i idem u teretanu 3 puta sedmicno,znaci treniram 6/7 u sedmici.
Cilj mi je misicna masa,pa me zanima koliko puta sedmicno da idem u teretanu a koliko na kickbox.Ne bavim se kickboxom profesionalno nego rekreativno.Planirao sam ici 3 puta u teretanu a jednom na kickbox koji bi mi bio cardio trening jednom sedmicno.Koji su vasi savjeti i preporuke ? :)

To je ok, 3xtjedno teretana i jednom kick. Ili mozes na kraju svakog treninga 10min kick pa nemoras taj jedan dan posebno. Pozz

Ja inace treniram capoeiru i dobivao sam na masi bez obzira koliko šta sam trenirao, stvar je samo prehrane.
Trening mi je bio ovako:
4x Tjedno capoeiru. - unutar samog treninga dok bi neki odmarali ja bi pumpao snagu.
3x Tjedno Teretanu dobrih sat-sat i 20.

Upozorio bih samo da je prehrana ekstremno bitan faktor jer se 70% misicne mase radi u kuhinji. Uzalud dobar trening ukoliko ne unosis dovoljno nutrijenata koji bi to podrzali.
