Nema kalorija, no ima natrija tako da može utjecati na zadržavanje vode u organizmu. Možeš se prividno 'udebljati' od zadržane vode pa ti se možda bude činilo da ne napreduješ.

jel gazirana mineralna voda (jamnica) ok za piti tijekom dijete? jel sadrzi kalorije?
