  Termicki obrađeno maslinovo ulje (ono na kojem se prži ili pece)

š. gubi vecinu antioksidativnih labilnih substanci
2. trans-kiseline prelaze u cis kiseline, koje su nepovoljnije za ljudsko zdravlje

Dakle, bezvrijedno je prakticno.
Samo hladno, sirovo maslinovo ulje  !

 ma poce na obicnon ulju, ili jos bolje peci na teflon tavi bez ulja i kad bude gotovo izvadis na pijat i prilijes s malo maslinovog ulja

Ja sve prelijevam sa hladnim maslinovim uljem, pogotovo piletinu i ribu. Mljac !

same here. odlican P+M obrok.

jucer san cak i punija sa ovcjin siron piletinu,je to masno ali nije puno a i kako san na malo UH ne smeta mi uopce

A jeste ba,ne spremam samo sebi hranu.Svi jedemo isto i vece su kolicine hrane,nekad i po 2-3 jela dnevno...kako god skupo je...
