mene zanima kako smanjiti velicinu svojih listova

vec neko vrijeme me to muci nemogu nac rijesenje

Izgubi mišice po cjelom tijelu, ali ni to nije siguran recept za neznam koji rezultat.. jedino da ne hodaš uopce vjerovatno

Tebi treba recimo psiholog s kojim ceš popricati jer.. nije ti to ni zdravo ni "normalno" tražiti tako greške na svom tjelu.. svi ih imamo ali to nije razlog da se depresiraš... a i ja sam više puta rekao kako su meni veliki listovi kod cura pre odlicni

Dobro kažeš Ily... genetika je yebena stvar... bez debelog treninga i litara znoja protiv nje možemo jako malo... ili ni malo... al je zato neko smislio teretanu, hrpe željeza i napornih treninga !
