ne, ako ih vec ubacujes onda ih nemoj ubaciti sve u jedan obrok jel dobivas obrok p+p+p i to nema smisla. na tvoj vec napisani menu to bi bilo bolje ovako : D: posni sir + nesto M: raženo pecivo +TUNA + povrce R: tijesto i malo umaka od gljiva --- pileca prsa iz vecere tu Sat vremena bicikla M: jabuka + POSNI ili JOGURT V: malo posnog + riblje ulje ili zelena salata sa bucinim ili maslinovim uljem Edited by The Phoenix - 27 Studeni 2012 at 23:31 |
