A vidi na kojim vjezbama te ne bole koljena.......nebi trebala na nožnoj extrenziji i leg curlu pa malo radi te izolacijske dok ne vidiš kaj je, probaj single leg split squat ak te nebu bolilo opet to polucucanje , ja obozavam tu vjezbu............
Drugo neznam, nek ti Thorn nekaj predloži |
