Ovako, vodim racuna o kolicini hrane, zbog stomaka...Jedino uz glavni obrok (npr. neko meso i jogurt) pojedem jos dosta povrca u kojem se apsolutno ne ogranicavam(vecinom brokula,karfiol,celer...). Da li je to ok i da li mi povrce moze uz glavni obrok naskodit i "razvalit" stomak?
Otprilike mogu pojest uz sniclu fileta i solju jogurta, pola kafriola i pola ili cijelu brokulu... Je li to ok i, ako nije, koliko je dovoljno? To sam izprakticirala jer tako manje unosim uh i masti... Unaprijed hvala ![]() Edited by SMAJLICA |
