dragi fitovci , imam 14 godina i želio bih skinuti malo sala
cesto idem vježbati ( trcanje , trbušnjaci , biciklo ) a sada bih htjeo krenuti skidati salo
šta trebam uciniti i koju hranu trebam jesti poslije treniga ( osim wheya i onih dodataka)

za poslije treninga je najbolje jesti hranu bogatu proteinima znaci pileca, pureca prsa, sir (svjezi), jaja (kuhana najbolje), oracaste plodove, ribu, tvrdi sir..
