pozzzdrav..

evo motam se po netu vec danima na ovu temu...i naletih ovdje,stranica je supika,ima puuuno pametnik stvari.meni je sad poteban jedan doobar umni pokretac, da dignem guzicu i pokrenem se....uffff....novopecena sam mamika...i sad to treba brzinski dovest u red....
bavila sam se sportom,...dolazim iz slavonije.imam muža, dva sina dva kredita, viška kila i veeeliki osmijeh!
e da i psa koji ne voli šetat......

 dobrodošla !!! Ako si novopecena mama onda ce ti ta nova odgovornost sama po sebi uvelike pomoci u skidanju viškova kad dijete krene s prvim koracima a ti skupa s njim . Nemoj forsirati naglo gubljenje kilaže jer vjerujem da ti sad treba snage za sve obveze pa gledaj da uvijek nađeš vremena za hranu ali onu zdravu naravno. Ako se želiš pokrenuti kupi ona djecija kolica koja su namjenjena za crobic (sa tri velika tocka) i svaki dan lagani jogging sa bebacem. Djetetu ce pasati svjež zrak i vožnja a ti ceš topiti kilice . Sretno!

hvala na dobrodošlici..i na potpori....uff sa un dijetom sam krenula kad je klinac napunio 4mj...sad je 7mj...skinula š0 kg.ali ostalo još pet na kriticnim mjestima....pošto je bio carski rez nisam smjela poceti intenzivnije vježbati.šetaju me svi redom...pocela sam raditi... ...i evo od jucer krenula na fitness.... aurura-imamo takva kolica...puno ga nosim u marami u šetnji...šetamo....
jedino što nisam nikada ciljano vježbala do sada nisam imala potrebu...uvijek podjednako...
kad sam pitala tipa u fitnessu da mi objasni...kaže da nema potrebe od svega po malo i to je to...hm ..ne znam ugl.bitno da sam krenula..

btw..boole me mišiciii..dooobar osjecaj..

inace sam se š5g.bavila rukometom....sad sam 34god..

još jednom svima hvala na savjetima...trebaju miii!!!!
