nema ti tu previse filozofije.. ti odradjuj normalan program za jacanje.. samo sredi prehranu i pij proteine.. ne mozes gornji dio nabijat masu, donji definirat.. prvo ti odradi masu.. bez brige, nece ti noge se napuhat.

E citao bi ja nego jos nemam adsl nego dial-up internet pa nije jednostavno citat,iako sam 20 min od splita,ali doc ce za koji misec pa cu citat.

  pa meni su doktori rekli, posto mi je napuknut ligament, da mi je ekstenzija najbolja vjezba za kvadriceps... ali ajde.. ja za noge odradim i cucnjeve, i press masinu, i ekstenziju, i fleksiju

Ok po tome kako vi govorite sta se tice nogu radt cu ovako,pon.sri,pet kad idem u teretanu zagrijavat cu se š5-20min. na steperu,bicikli ili traci prije pravog treninga,a utorkom i cetvrtkom odradit cu kardio trening npr vozit cu biciklu ili trcat,a petkom cu dodat i koju vjezbu za noge.Jeli to ista valja??Moj trener je neznalac on me zajeba on mwe je savjetova da ne radim noge a s time sam samo radio gore

  ma noge trose najvise kalorija.. ti odradi kardio na bicikli u danima pon sri pet nakon treninga.. ne prije.. ti odradi utege kako spada.. pa onda bicikliraj.. a utorak i cetvrtak isto bicikliraj jedno 40min..

Mnogi misle(cak i neki moji prijatelji) da ovi na masi, samo odrade 3 x tjedno utege, bez da puste kapi znoja, samo da nebi "kao" potrosili kalorije i slucajno izgubili na obujmu.. he eh
