E da, misici na kratkim nogama...Propast Mada primetila sam da meni jake noge ne smetaju na drugima..samo na meni...Al' bez obzira, ajde, bolje i to nego da su tanke a mlitave...ja se tako tesim

hm...ja pak imam jako tanke listove i jaca bedra i šire kukove..ukratko noge mi od ispod koljena izgledaju super
otkad vježbam, a radila sam samo na spravama u teretani, one 2-3 i ne s više od 20 kg,max 4x po 20,uz orbitrek minimalno 25 min po treningu, su se stanjile nešto i dobile oblik, ali su i dalje jace.ne mogu reci da mi to smeta, ako ne želim još manje grudi. još bih malo doduše stanjila bedra, ali ne bih mijenjala listove(sviđaju mi se tanki), koje bi vježbe bilo preporucljivo raditi? ili da nastavim kao i dosad?

pozdrav,nova sam na ovom forumu, ali vidim da se dosta
kužite! i ja imam problem sa jaakim nogama. stalno nešto vježbam, neke programe skidam sa neta ali ništa. niska sam i noge su mi jako nabite. nekad mi se cini da niti nemam ništa masti na nogama. izgledam ko nogometaš
ima li pomoci? |

haha, iskreno nisam znao o slici cega se radi tu ali sam ju žicao na nekoj drugoj temi, uvjek me zanima kakvi su to preveliki listovi, pogotovo na muškima
