  Nadam se da nisam jedini kojeg zanima ova informacija..
Jel se preporuca konzumiranje i zumanjaka ili? znamo da imaju vitamina u sebi, a po novim studijima nisu stetni za kolesterol...

Žumanjci se jedu, uvjek... puni su dobrih masti i HDL kolesterola koji prenosi višak kolesterola iz krvi i tkiva što znaci da je dobar kolesterol, plus tvori hormone koji su nam važni u tjelu! Znaci jaja idu CIJELA, UVJEK

  Jedem cijela jaja cisto iz solidarnosti prema kokama jer kad koka vec snese cijelo jaje tko sam ja onda da odvajam žumanjak od bjelanjka, bilo bi nezahvalno.

ja jedem npr 4 bjelanka i 2 zutanjka ili zumanjka...a mati uvjek napravi nesto sa ovim zumanjcima tako da ne propada, ali mozda predjem na cijela jaja...sto thorn kaze respect prema kokama :D

  3 bjelanjka, š žutanjak.... Frka mi je za kolesterol i trigliceride jer mi stara ima problema s njima i prije jedno 4 god, u fazi kada nisam jela NIšTA "zabranjeno", imala sam povišene trigliceride.... Bojim se te vražije genetike tako da režem gdje mogu.

Ej, pa zar neznas da zumanjci ne djeluju na kolesterol?? ono su zastarjele studije da skode

Jedem cijela jaja iako sam citala da je nakon vježbe dobro pojesti više bjelanjaka a manje žumanjaka, narocito ako ne uzimate proteinske preparate.

Svinjetinu ne jedem osim prasetine ali i to je možda jednom ili dva puta godišnje.
