Iskorak mi je super stvar narocito "4 strane svijeta" - š naprijed, š ustranu, š unuzad i š iza dijagonalno. Mrak za guzu!

Iskorak na stepenicu od kakvih 15 - 20ak cm, spustiti se što dublje, odlicna stvar.

Još nikad nisam osijetio kvadriceps provodeci ovu viježbu, kao ni u cucnju, kvadriceps odradim na ekstenziji Wink

pozdrav, imam pitanje u vezi s iskorakom. zanima me koja je razlika izmedju iskoraka na step klupici i obicnog iskoraka? tj zanima me koji od njih bolje djeluje na guzu a koji na zadnju ložu? takodjer me zanima kako djeluje jednonožni iskorak (https://www.fitness.com.hr/vjezbe/video/jednonozni-iskorak.aspx)?

Pocahontass evo ti moj savjet neboj se u ruke stavit i 2 bucice od 10 kila pa i više i radit bulgarian squat, iz prve ruke ti mogu rec da na guzu pogadja mrak kao i na cile noge, ta vježba mi je jedna od najboljih komplet za noge, a ako je izvodis kako treba nemoj se cudit ako dobiješ upalu guze jaku

hvala na informaciji, do sada sam radila squat s nogama malo širim od ramena i spuštanje do poda. mogla bih sada s ovima krenuti ;) a može li odgovor na pitanje o iskoraku, naime kombiniram te vježbe

Nemogu na mobu vidit taj video ali po onome šta bi trebalo bit bulgarian squat ti je nešto slicno ali još bolje od toga

Napravi 5x5 sa težinom s kojom ti je teško napravit to a ne lagano pa ces vidit
Moj trening nogu Ugl je pola sata DL
nakon toga 5 serija bulgarian squat
I nakon toga 3-4 serije glute ham raise( može i nozna fleksija)
A nekad za promjenu cili trening odradin samo 45 min bulgarian squat ali naravno sve vježbe neradit sa laganim utezima, ako poslin treninga nogu možeš normalno hodat nisi radila noge
