pretpostavljam da ti se to događa kod vježbi koje direkt pogađaju kvadove, a jednonožni iskorak je tim veci stres za koljeno od npr. cucnja.

ali kako god, teško je ovak preko foruma otkrit šta ti odgovara, ali generalno se cuvaj pokreta u kojima ti koljeno prelazi preko razine nožnog zgloba

damn i fiziterapeut mi je rekao da nikako ne smijem raditi duboki cucanj i slicno.

  ja sam do nedavno radil iskorak, ali sam sad malo promjenil i radim isto, samo kaj hodam prema naprijed, tj. ne vracam se natrag......puno više mi noge rade, krepan sam....

a cuj.. ovisi sve.. ali zna se za puno puta da su rekli tako ljudima pa su ovi bez problema nastavili! ako imaš odlicnu tehniku, vjerovatno možeš ( s naglaskom na vjerovatno)

Ja radim iskorak svaki drugi tjedan... makar, najiskrenije, vec vidim zvijezde nakon cucnja kojeg radim svaki tjedan, pa ovisi koliko imam volje da još radim i iskorak.

I dok radim, ide s bucicama od š2kg... zasad.

Valjda sam na dobrome mjestu!
Eto, ja pokušavam radit iskorak prvenstveno zbog guzice, a
i zbog nogu naravno, ali imam jedan problem. Kada radim
iskorak, desna koljeno koje treba bit prema podu me "koci"
ne da boli, neg jednostavno osjecam da ne mogu cucnut kako
treba, kao da mi slabo i teško radim iskorak s tom nogom.
Dok sa drugom nemam problema. Pa imam nocnu moru od
iskoraka.. Nije stvar u zagrijavanju il razgibavanju
to pošteno odradim.
Dal mi netko može dat kakav pametan odgovor!?? I kolko je
važan iskorak da imam lepu, cvrstu guzicu, da ga
preskocim??
