 Povrce i nema toliko UH, zapravo na kolicinu koju si pojela jako malo, ja povrce i ne racunam....tak da ispada da dnevno ako ukljuciš tu bananu i svo zivo moguce povrce koje si pojela tesko prebaciš 50 grama.... mislio sam na slozene uh, zobene, rizu itd..... Mislim mozes ovak al ne u nedogled, jednom u 7 ili š0 dana napravi neko punjenje Uh....... nemam nis protiv drzanja nisko UH ako ces to konstantno radit kroz duzi period, al onda bi recimo isao do š00g uh. S tim da bi kompleksne UH ubacio u obrok nakon treninga pod obavezno, a ne obrok proteina i masti. Inace ok izgleda to Edited by The Phoenix | |
