Imam jedan problem: Izgubio sam dosta kila i spao na 45 kila ,kosti na
 licu su mi izbile a i vide mi se kosti po tijelu,nisam mršav kao anoreksija
al kažu da sam na dobrom putu k tome,bio sam kod doktorice koja mi je
prepisala sokice ensure plus .Izgubio sam kile jer sam izbacio iz menia
 nezdravu hranu i bio samo na vocu ,povrcu i to mi je donjelo taj problem
 ,pokušavam se vratit i doc na svoju kilažu al ne ide a i kad jedem sve
 idalje je sve isto,što da radim?

Pa pod sve je :Sir,rajcica,salame,pizze,škampe,cevape,pašte,gumene bonbone,kekse,palacinke,kolace,njoki,fuži.Pa jedem sve odkad sam sve vratio na meni svoj ,i sad neznam kako rješit taj svoj problem

visina, godine? od ovog pola što si nabrojao i nije baš neka hrana..mislim, udebljao bi se od ovog svega ako si u suficitu (više hrane nego što uspiješ potrošiti) ali to debljanje ne bi bilo baš pretjerano kvalitetno (dosta sala, malo mišica)

Ma od svega toga navedenoga doziram ,nemam sala a mišica malo,pa pijem 1 ili 2 na dan al ništa ne pomaže ,imam 24 godine visina 172,a i imam brata koji jede isto sve to što sam naveo pa ni on nema sala samo što on ima 60 i nešto kila

ti bi trebao unositi bar 2000- 2300kcal ciste, zdrave hrane na dan da bi dobivao na masi (cistoj, mišicnoj). Što "cišce" budeš jeo to ceš dobivati više mišica s debljanjem, a manje sala. Što neurednije budeš ostvarivao ovaj suficit kalorija (budeš jeo pizze, cevape i ostalu loš hranu) to ceš dobivati više sala..
Znaci, papir u ruke i pocni zapisivati što jedeš, dodaj i ove sheakove što uzimaš i izracunaj si da dnevno dodješ bar na 2000kcal iz zdrave hrane. Broj obroka naravno možeš povecati ukoliko u jednom obroku ne možeš unijeti cca 700kcal

Kažem što se tice tog junk fooda doziram ga tu i tamo.Npr koja bi to hrana bila? ,danas sam ujutro pojeo jednu krafnu i sad prije 17 minuta 1 jaje na oko

naravno da moraš vjerujem da ni ona nije mislila, a da ne misliš ni ti kad se kaže sve da to podrazumijeva hranu koja nije dobra (nutritivno)
