Zanima me koliko je dobro ili loše konzumirati:

š. Trapist sireve umjesto glupih salama i slicno

2. Hlaqdni Nesquick s mlijekom koje ima 3,2% masti ujutro ili navecer

3. Kukuruzni kruh

4. Više od 3 šalice cappucina ili kave s mlijekom tjedno

 š. Svakako bolje nego salame.. samo ih nemoj kombinirat sa UH jer je to debljanje.
 2. Nepotreban secer.. jos u kombinaciji sa 3,2% masnoce
 3. Kruh je kvalitetan.. iako ja preferiram razeni..

Ako je tako onda se ne moraš previše brinut, ozbiljno

Salame- imaš delux i pileca prsa, to su ok salame
Capucino- zamijeni ga obicnom crnom kavom, možeš ih 3-4 dnevno popit
kukuruzni kruh- zamijeni ga raženim
Nesquik- možeš poslije treninga s mlijekom, nikako navecer
Rijeąeno na PM.

Moram se brinuti, na vađenju krvi našli su mi kolesterola :(((

pa ako sir škodi izbacit cu ga makar ih obožavam.

Uvijek ti preostaju p+uh obroci

Ali ne smiješ zaboravit na masti, par omega 3 kapsula i 30-40 g badema ti je dosta

A soner, ti deres po jajima.. jel si isao vadit kolesterol? ja svaki dan 3-4 jaja, morat cu ici provjerit malo..

Odi si provjerit krvnu sliku, nebi bilo loše

Ja sam krajem petog mjeseca vadio i sve mi je ok

Nisu, mada ih ne jedem baš svaki dan, al 5-6 puta tjedno ih jedem sigurno

Ma teško mi je vjerovati da na moj omjer visine, težine
imam kolesterola a živim zdravo. Možda zato jer sam ovisan
o suhomesnatim proizvodima-špeceraju? :)

ali smanjio sam to na najmanju mogucu mjeru :)

Kilaža/visina nemaju veze sa kolicinom kolesterola u krvi. Visoku razinu kolesterola možeš imat i genetski

A ako si jeo te suhomesnate proizvode u velikoj kolicini, moguce da je i od toga
