Koncentriraj se na zadnje rame, ubaci hrpu facepullova, odrucenja u pretklonu itd, i opcenito trebaš ojacat leđa, naravno tu dolazi i deadlift u igru, sve vrste veslanja i zgibici

cilj mi je doci na nekih š0-š2% masnoce

i popraviti držanje, jer kad se ispravim i sve, odma to bolje izgleda, samo što sam dosta pogrbljen i stalno mi cura urla "ispravi se!"

Nadlaktica je jedini dio tijela koji se mjeri pod kontrakcijom, znaci napni mišic i izmjeri na najširem dijelu

ako ceš se vec mjerit redovito, radi to kako treba, mjeri: nadlakticu, prsa, širinu ramena, bokove, struk, natkoljenicu (najuži i najširi dio) i list

  Kaj ja znam, ja sam mjeril opuštenu ruku kod bicepsa, valjkda se mjeri opuštena ko i sve drugo....prsa, trbuh, bokove......toi je to, izmjeri kaj te zanima pa poslje usporediš

ma nije to nikakva novogodišnja rezolucija, vec cinjenica da kroz š2 mjesec necu stici puno trenirati.. uostalom teretana se zatvara 20.š0 na 2 tjedna jer sele

donosimo i nikad ništ od njih.....zato kreni sad, a ne od

pc, da znam da cu stici na trening bilo bi ok

al kad svake godine u š2 mjesecu iz dana u dan, nikad ne znaš do kad i šta te ceka. lani sam umjesto šefova morao na cca š0 domjenaka u tjedan dana

sam sam brstio fine hrane i pio gemište

  Tako treba... ja pocinjem od sljedeceg tjedna strogi rezim treninga, a prehrana nek se zabusava jer me defka ne zanima, vec samo snaga...

tako, crsto odlucih da od 0š.0š. strogi režim

sad ovih dana radi proacuna, planova, svega i svacega jedem neredovito pa stoga cesto i nezdravo a ni trening ne mogu planirati jer nikad ne znam do kad cu raditi

danas bi trebao normalno, al sutra cca š2 sati
