nisam ni blizu 100g sa zobenima..50-60g stavljam za obrok.znaci zobenih 100g stavljati za dorucak?
ma nebi se ne navukao da pojedem cijelu cokoladu ali kad vec do sada dobro izbjegavam pokušat cu i dalje.
naravno da nisam mislio da sam izgubio nešto drugo Smile

100g zobenih zvuci malo Tongue ....ja stavljam 150-200 da bude onak gustooo i naravno da zasiti, ovak sam gladan za pol sata opet :)

Necu puno da se hvalim ali cm se pomalo tope i na trbuhu i na struku :))) a i u ogledalu se vidi razlika kada sam poceo i sada :) definitvno sam si postavio cilj da do Bozica dodem do 92-93 kg jer mi je prvotni cilj bio doci na 100 kg do 12.10 ali to je vec ucinjeno i sada idem ka drugom cilju naravno uz vasu pomoc :)

ja se bojim da ne izgubim vodu iz tijela, pa dnevno pijem dostaaa tekucine (vode). valjda onda ta voda izlazi iz tijela kroz mokracu. jesam u pravu?

ma i ja pijem vodu i to dosta.dnevno oko 3-4l vode.
jucerašnji meni:
dorucak: zobene+whey+mlijeko i voda+pola banane
medjuobrok: breskva+vocni jogurt
rucak: juneci but bez masti 200g+pire od brokule+salata ( kupus,rajcica,krastavci,mrkva )
medjuobrok: 200g posnog+ 50g badema
vecera: whey+posni 200g+ 30g badema
 
stvarno se svakim danom osjecam sve bolje i bolje. cak sam i trcanje juce odradio 45min u komadu :)
