stevija je rješenje za šecer..ima i u tableticama kao natren. Pogledaj podtemu Nutricionizam-Moj dnevni/tjedni jelovnik i kombinacije hrane, mozda ti to pomogne

propuh a bas to, domaca zadaca je streberski odradjena, vec tad sam znala da su to losi dani (razmak izmedju obroka, a i nije sve bas "obrok", prije ce biti neki propuh, hehe), al nemam opravdanje. hvala ti za upute, vidjet cemo za tjedan dana
kaj se treninga tice, svaki prijedlog je dobrodosao, ovaj trening u pon (prekjucer) me ubio, dupe jos i danas place i moli za milost, jedva sam se obukla nakon treninga, znam da su moji opisi treninga malo zbrckani, nadam se da se ipak kuzi kaj sam radila, jos ucim kako se koja vjezba zove....

ima u teretani lik kaj tam radi, pa mi ovak u prolazu veli kaj da radim, nakon kaj zavrsim seriju, ak nije u blizini odem na orbitrek da ostanem zagrijana, ili pitam nekog da mi pokaze neku vjezbu, da ne zujim bezveze... isto, ak nekaj radim krivo, ima ekipe koja mi dodje i ispravi me... evo, bas kod iskoraka, ja sam si pomagala tak da sam si naslonila ruke na bedra, pa mi je jedan vjezbac dosao i rekao da ce mi bit bolje ak si ne pomazem, da budu vise radili trbusni misici i tak....

imam one kapi stevygreen, to mi za sad taman. tri kapi u kavu i zadovoljna sam.
a sad jelovnici: iiijuuuuu... padam na dupe (ono koje boli)... brate mili koliko klope... ja ak progutam 200 g posnog slavim (onaj iz Lidla puuuuno bolji od dukata, puuuuuno)

zapravo sam skužila zašto to radim - dosadi mi ista hrana nakon duzeg vremena pa radije sve umiksam u nest i pravim se da jedem nest sasvim drugo nabacam zacina kojekakih i da vidis

ovako je to izgledalo jucer:
9 ness stevija
10:00 zobene s medom (opet med, znam)
12:30 pasta suta (200 g sve skupa) par kiselih krastavaca, madnarina
15:30 200 g posnog, paradajz
Trening 18:30: 10' orbitrek, 4x20 polucucanj za zagrijavanje, 3x15 +1x10 cucanj s utezima 5 kg pa ruke gore iz ramena, 4x10 iskorak s 2,5 kg utezima, jedna noga na benchu, 4 serije 12 lednjaka, 15 trbusnjaka, 5,6,7,7 sklekova, biceps i triceps naizmjence 4x15 s 12,5 kg, 5' steper i 10'orbitrek, 20 whey coko 21:30 jaje, jogurt, cikla

pojacala bi trening, ali ne znam kaj da radim, pa pliz pomagajte savjetima. tnx

Što ova pašta šuta zjapi prazna? :) 200g? Smile Da se tu smanjila kolicina pašte, dodalo još nekog povrca i ubacilo 100-150 g piletine/tune bilo bi much better ;)

I ja bih cak zamijenila 2. i 3. obrok, pa tu paštu sa ovim gore navedenim pojela prije treninga (cca 2h prije), a ovaj posni sir sa rajcicom ( + maslinovo ulje) kao medjuobrok (oko 13-13,30).


granada, koliko ti treba od gyma do kuce? Jer ako ti nije neka udaljenost, ja bih ti savjetovala da taj whey pustiš za ujutro uz zobene, a nakon treninga da pojedeš doma nešto konkretno. Da sam ja na tvom mjestu, za tu vecericu bi pojela (ako su vec jaja u igri) 1 cijelo + 3 bjelanjka recimo + 50-ak kruha, cak i nešto posnog uz to (npr. napraviš kajganu i umiješaš posni u to, možeš i malo purece šunke ;), pogotovo ako nakon toga ideš brzo leci i nemaš prostora za još jedan obrok.



Googlaj malo full body workouts, to bi ti za 3x tjedno bilo idealno ;)

Ja mislim da je vagala paštu kuhanu sa umakom i sve....  Moraš vagati sirovu hranu akoo želiš racunati kcal iz nje :)

radim 5 godina evo, a na posdiplomskog iz informacijskih znanosti, kad to zavrsim onda opet namjeravam u klupe vanredno
