Koji je vaš glavni izvor proteina kroz dan...

Da li najviše jedete:
  • piletinu
  • posni sir
  • ribu
  • pijete proteinske shakove po cijele dane
  • klopate kikiriki
  • jedete jaja
  • pijete mlijeko ili jogurt
  • jedete teletinu
  • nešto trece..

  a meso.. ipak 200-300g mesa dnevno zauzme najveci udio proteina... to je znaci piletina..

Dnevno: 4 kuhana jaja ujutro
nakon toga par sati tunjevina rio mare
250 g posnog sa sjemenkama lana u suncokreta
neko meso za rucak (riba,piletina,puretina)
250 g posnog za veceru

Naguram na malo jace od šš5 g proteina dnevno... a po pravilu bi trebao unositi oko š50 g , jer imam 90 kg... Gdje naci jos tih 35 g jer se i ovako pretrpavam hranom

Pa u biti njega pojedem najvise dnevno... Stvarno ga volim...
Al mi se stalno vrte eto iste proteinske namirnice: posni sir, tunjevina ili losos, piletina,puretina, jaja...

piletina na prvom mjestu, minimalno 300gr dnevno, pa jaja,
mljeko, jogurt i tuna... i naravno kikiriki...
posni kad sam bash raspolozen za njeg, al inace ,slabo...

Ajme, meni je stari neki dan oci izbacia kad je vidia koliko trošim posnog

U mene je glavni izvor proteina (pravi numero uno) POSNI na milijardu nacina

Zatim tu je moja najdraža bila riba(oslic,orada, trilja, zubatac, lubin itd),onda pileca (malo rjeđe pureca) prsa i na kraju malo manje bogat al svejedno dobar source - jogurt.(2 po danu)



Ma divota su mi proteinske namirnice sve, to i puuuuuuuuuno povrca i meni dosta

meso definitivno (puretina, piletina, ponekad govedina i teletina) jer mi se provlaci najcešce kroz rucak i veceru tako da ga u tim danima nakupim oko 300 g...ako nije meso onda je najcešce oslic ili neka druga riba, tuna pogotovo...onda posni kojeg isto zna past oko 300g minimum....pureca šunka....jogurt...whey uglavnom nakon treninga i uz zobene ujutro....jaja....klasika, ne - vrtiš iz jednog obroka u drugi
