koliko grama UH treba dodat u whey nakon treninga?
ovisi li o mjerici proteina il o kilazi??

Proteinski prašak je razlicite gustoce od npr. svima poznate dekstroze (UH). Dakle, mjerica od 30g wheya nije isto što i 30g dekstroze.
Dakako da ovisi o tvojoj kilaži ali i o intenzitetu treninga, o tvome cilju (definicija -  vjerojatno ceš manje stavljati) i to je odg na prvo pitanje.
Nekakvo nepisano pravilo kaže 0.5g/kg tjelesne težine.

Ja sam cuo duplo više nego wheya i toga se držim. Dakle, ubacim 50-60g glukoze.

Ja sam ipak procitao na nekoliko mjesta (razni clanci i nekoliko studija), isprobao i toga se (ne) držim. Zašto (ne)? Jer svakoj osobi treba razlicita kolicina, cak do te granice da bi kolicinu U mogli određivati po kg NEMASNE tjelesne težine, ali to je druga prica.

Dakle: prema tvojoj teoriji 2 razlicita osobe sa razlicitim tjelesnim kilažama (neka jedna ima 60kg, druga š00kg) uzimaju svaka po npr. 30g wheya i 60g dekstroze? Jasno je koja ce profitirati a koja ne.

Autor topica je pitao za određenje kolicine U - a za to se ne možemo voditi kolicinom P (tj wheya)

Pola grama po kili tjelesne tezine?

77kg => 38,5g dakle ugrubo 40g za mene.

OK od sada se drzim toga.

Također još uzmi u obzir i ostale parametre koje sam naveo u prvom odgovoru, ali i ta (tvoja) kolicina je sasvim ok.

bas zato me i zanimalo jer sam cuo da neki uzimaju duplo vise od wheya,a neki po kilazi..
