pozdrav fitovci :),znaci bavim se fitnessom pola godine i pijem creatin i protein i sad bih zelio poceti s pravom prehranom i promjeniti skroz trening,uzeo sam la carantine liquid,creatine creapure,i protein optimum whey standard,htio bih poceti trcati jutrom i navecer odraditi trneing,problem je u tome sto neznam da li pijem creatin kad uzimam lacarantine liquid za topiti masti,da li pijem creatin ili ne ako zelim vec definiciju? :))

kupi si dekstrozu za uz taj shake nakon treninga.. 

l-carnitine= bacene pare.. 

Creatin ti navlaci vodu, po l-carnitinu se navodno vise znojis.. he he...  tako da bas jedno s drugim ne ide.. iako mnogi znaju uzimat kreatin na definiciji jer on nema nikakav utjecaj na salo.. 

Radi utege i nakon toga jos trci pol h, i onda popij protein+dekstroza+kreatin

hvala,znaci ovako bi bilo dobro jutrom trcanje polasata i nakon toga popiti protein prehranu pogotovo paziti,i navecer trening i nakon njega popiti protein i cretain+desktroza? :)
