Ovako ceš minimizirat mišicnu masu :) Koliko kcal ima volumemass na 100g, oko 400? i nešto manje od 40 g P? Pa sad si ti zborji koliko unosiš tokom dana....a i pitanje je koliko toga za rucak pojedeš. Neceš se toliko umastiti ako ne pretjeruješ, jedeš što kvalitetnije i polagano dižeš kilažu. Malo pravilnije rasporedi Uh-e, tako da ih imaš tokom dana u nekoj ravnoteži, a ako ih baš želiš izbaciti bar uz taj posni pojedi nešto orašastih - i pojacaj dozu posnog.
