 Treniram na spravam,a 5x tjedno..

i mislim da sam ovaj tjedan sredila malo ligamente..ne malo nego me vec 4 dana bole kolina za poluditi.....unutra ka da mi neko breze kosti pilom..

Da li da uzmem glukozamin?Ili sto da mi to prodje?

Misici mogu izdrzati, ali ne i zglobovi! Pazi da se ne zeznes kao i ja pa da vec 8 mjeseci ne mozes ni zamisliti trcanje!

Smanji kilazu i povecaj broj ponavljanja.
