naravno sve to u okviru kcal koje trebas uzimat u danu. Prouci kalkulatore, izracunaj svoj BMR i TDEE, oduzmi od TDEE-a 20% i dobijes kcal po kojima trebas sibat i onda si samo kombiniras po ovom principu dok ne dodes do ispunjenog broja kcal- uzmes olovku stavis kvacicu checked na kraju dana i odes mirne duse spavati

gdje je Gymka to napisala? 2 posta iznad sam ti objasnila sta trebas raditi- pocni racunati kcal pa ces znati gdje si, sta radis, unosis li puno ili malo i kopiraj jelovnik ovdje da ti se moze komentirat

ma ne.. to je bio komentar na njenih 500kcal dnevnog jelovnika koji ne pokriva ni trecinu odrzavanja..al ocito me ne dozivljava kad joj kazem da pise ovdje a ne pod Moj tjedni jelovnik
