možda bude glupo pitanje, ali mi je važno izmedju ostalog i zato jer si sama kombiniram treninge.
ako odradim trening, oznojim se, osjetim da me izmorio, i sljedeci dan ne osjecam nikakve posljedice (=bolove), je li to nužno znak da mi trening nije bio dovoljno zahtjevan, da nisam pogodila grupu mišica koju sam željela? znam da to vjerojatno ovisi od treninga do treninga, ali me zanima. jednako tako me zanima i je li upala mišica znak da je trening dobro odradjen tj. da je trening bio dobar?

okej, tak sam si i mislila. dal mi netko može pojasniti zašto (znam neke detalje, ali to je jako malo)? zanima me na strucnijem nivou :D

Upala nije nužno znak da je trening dobro odradjen. S vremenom mišic postataje manje osjetljiv na "oštecenja" koja nastaju vježbanjem pa upale budu sve manje, no to ne znaci nužno da je trening bio loš

Imam slicno pitanje..znaci u teretanu idem dva mjeseca i svaki dan odradim jedbu grupu mišica.sad cu uzet noge za primjer.prva dva mjeseca nakon treninga i drugi dan sam osjetio da je trening bio dobar a sada odmah nakon završetka ne osjecam da sam uopce radio noge iako povecavam težine i gledam na pravilnu izvedbu.jeli to isto normalno ili?
