Pozz.
Zanima me dali je itko radio "full body" programe od Chada Waterbury-ja,
konkretno mislim na ovo:

odnosno ima li kakva iskustva s tim ... da podijeli naravno. :)

Ja sam radio nekakvu svoju varijantu full body-a. Nije loše, u nekoj nižoj fazi gotovo sve može dati efekta.
Sada sam baš nešto citao o FST7 i HST varijantama treninga.
Kako napreduju istraživanja tako napreduju i varijacije samih treninga ali koliko je moguce uvijek pokušam ubaciti nekakvu svoju varijaciju i uciniti stvar malo ?osobnijom? po nekakvom iskustvu, osjecaju itd. Uvijek treba poci od toga da nismo svi isti i da odredjeni trening ili prehrana neže za svakoga raditi jednako. Thumbs Up

planiram prijeci sa "split" nacina na "full body", a pošto ga nezznam složiti kopam po netu
i trazim neakve "bolje" varijante.
