4 tjedna radite 3 do 4 serije po vježbi, 10-12 ponavljanja (taj broj ponavljanja je uglavnom najbolji za rast mišica za pocetnika, što je cilj vecine).......TO NE KUŽIM!!! ŠTA ZNACI TO 10-12 PONAVLJANJA??? |

time se postiže hipertrofija, odnosno rast mišića :)
ja osobno radim takav trening, 12 ponavljanja najčešće, ovisi o vježbi, čučanj npr. radim 8. nakon 3-4 tjedna već se vide rezultati :) |

a di je tu hopa- cupa , koliko ponavljanja i koliko puta tjedno
