Ovo mi izgleda odlicno samo me zanima ova podjela na tri treninga,da li u jednom danu sva tri treninga ili prvi trening u ponedjeljak,drugi u srijedu a treci u petak??? To je moj primjer kako bi ja podjelio na tri puta tjedno ako tako ide!! |

3 puta tjedno se trenira nikako 3 puta dnevno, mislim možeš probat al ono :P
