curkee, dajte malo napišite kak vam izgledaju treninzi, u potrazi sam za necim novim. i može li koja bodyweight varijacija?? posebice za noge.

s tim da prvu radim bez opterecenja. za sada.

od ostalih : side plank, squat&press sa 2x5kg, triceps dips, t push ups.

ja kombiniram bodyrock,fitnessangels,pa malo njuškam po youtube,itd.
sve radim s bucicama od 5kg,i sandbag 10kg,iako osjecam da mi je to sad vec prelagano,pa cu podici opterecenje za 5kg,dakle ukupno 15kg.

incae, sto se tice bodyweight vjezbi preporucio bi ti DVD od Steve Cotter (Encyclopedia of Bodyweight..do sad nisam naisao na bolji prikaz i objasnjenje vjezbi...posto neznam dal ces si pokusat skinuti to sa neta evo ja cu ti napisati popis vjezbi za noge koje on prezentira

@gabrijel17 - hvala, proucila budem. :)
@tortica: ja kako kad.. još tražim nekaj kaj mi najbolje paše. ponekad radim s opterecenjem (al malim, od cca7-8kg) cucnjeve, iskorake, box squats, deadlift u serijama po 10, 4 runde. a nekad više serija, više rundi, ali bodyweight.
@baba: tak slicno i ja, kombiniram bodyrock, zuzku i još jednu žensku i kombiniram. bitno mi je da mi nije monotono..
