Ja radim vec dugo ovaj sistem rada: prsa-bicepsi    ramena- tripcepsi      ledza-noge   i na kraju radim stomak po cetiri serije da li bi trebao sta mjenjati hvala.

 pokusaj ovu kombinaciju:

š)ledja, biceps, podlaktica, trbuh,

 2)noge , ramena ,trbuh

3)prsa, triceps, trbuh
