Pocetnik sam, pa me zanima kako trebam disati za vrijeme dizanja utega, i kako se dise kad radim vjezbe u kojima je jace opterecena kraljeznica kao mrtvo dizanje

Jednostavno. Koncentricni dio pokreta/napor = izdah, ekscentricni/negativni dio = udah.
Um je poput padobrana - funkcionira jedino ako je otvoren.
