Nije..poradi na istezljivosti lista... nisi dovoljno fleksibilan i zato ne možeš uraditi pravilan cucanj... koliko se možeš spustiti a da su ti pete na podu?

To je ok...ako nikako ne može dobiti puni pokret ma koliko se trudio..no ako nije ništa drugo probao poradi boljje fleksibilnosti...onda bi bilo u redu da postigne i bollju fleksibilnost... mogu razumjeti ako ne može puni cucanj sa petama na podu... iao bi i to trebalo  moci.....

Mogu se spustit do kad mi je stražnjica u visini koljena.
Jeli mi možeš neke vježbe naci na youtubu ili dr.?
