pozz ljudi.
evo ovako, idem u teretanu  2 mjseca, i radim po rasporedu sto mi ga je bratic slozio, on vec duze vrijeme ide u teretanu i zna podosta o tome.. 

trbusnjake radim svakodnevno, 6*30 komada

pon: ledja i triceps
uto: prsa i biceps
sri: noge i ramena

dali to stima sve.

nepijem nikakve proteine 

dnevno provedem 2 sata u teretani

Puno vaznije od toga kak je slozen po skupinama il bio on full body il kakav vec je izbor vjezbi, intenzitet rada, tak da ovaj raspored kaj si napisao moze bit ok, a moze bit i los. Malo detaljnije opisi trening

phoneix ti je dobro rekao..opisi malo detaljnije taj trening.
koje sve vjezbe izvodis,koliko serija,ponavljanja? malo detaljnije to,pa se onda lakse komentira i nesto zakljuci.
