sto veci iskorak bolja treniranost gluteusa ,,za ovu vjezbu je potrebno imati dobar balans posto citava tezina pada na prednju nogu,,,da nebi povrijedili koljeno jako je bitno da se u pocetku krene sa laksim tezinama...
