Pozdrav,
ovako za pocetak da se predstavim imam š67/54 i 23 godine. Godinu dana treniram kardio 3xtjedno. mišici su mi lijepi izduženi i vretenasti ali bi ih htjela malo ojacati pa sam si zato skinula s neta vježbe koje se rade na podu (stila pilates) s Tracy Anderson. Zanima me kada bi bilo idealno raditi te vježbe s obzirom na to da pon, sri i pet imam kardio treninge... dali da ih radim u te dane poslije treninga ili u dane kad nemam kardio trening? A zasto ne radis trening snage s utezima ili nesto slicno? cime mislis odrzavat misicnu masu?

Ma iskreno nemam pojma... Probala sam ici u teretanu ali mi se ne svida... Nadala sam se da me vi mozete savjetovati po tom pitanju... Iskreno mislila sam ih odrzavat s tim dvd-om od tracy anderson - method mat, a zumbu radit kao dodatni kardio 3xtjedno...
