Ovako htio bih dobiti 6-7 kg..naime an š80kg imam 66kg
hranom bas i ne ide, znate da uvijek postoje ljudi koji malo pojedu i udebljaju se  a postoje i oni koji puno jedu pa nikako da dobiju par kg...htio bih uzeti power mass š587g...treniram nogomet..hoce li to utjecati na brzinu,eksplozivnost itd?

Pa ako ti snaga i ekplozivnost ostane ista a budeš teži, da, bit ceš sporiji. Tebi treba trening i hrana, kad to riješiš ubaci mass gainer između obroka ako baš hoceš

Nogometni trening je 4 puta tjedno + trening snage na tom treningu sto radimo i sto ja radim sam kod kuce...a o hrani da ne pricam,stvarno puno jedem,

Taj trening snage ne može biti nešto spomena vrijedan što ga radite u isto vrijeme kad i nogometni trening. što radiš kod kuce i kako jedeš?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYYi8zA4zAg&feature=player_embedded ovo za prsa, noge(kvadriceps,tako da se naslonim na zid i noge mi budu savinute pod 90 stupnjeva i drzim oko šmin i tako 3 puta)400 trbusnjaka po serijama...imam jako dobru definiciju,treba samo mesa da se to popuni,...jedem ujutro ,rucak, 2 međuobroka između rucka i vecera, te vecera i poslje koju jebuku ili slicno...znaci 5 obroka.

ali za njega je prikladniji trening s utezima, da


P.s petre ajde napiši tocnije što i koliko jedeš

definitvno ti treba neki bolji trening snage i vece opterecenje, i inace od oni trbušnjake nema nikakve koristi

lol ja sam mislio da mi je opterecenje sasvim ok jer u jednoj seriji ovih sklekova ispustim dusu xD
š.obrok sendvic u snack baru(to je znog skole) (9.35.9.50h)
2.obrok budem gladam pa se nazderem za rucak(peceni nadbatak,salata,juhakrumpir)š4.00h
3.obrok 2 kriške s nutelllom š7h
4.obrok jabuka i kako kad neki cokoladni napitak š9h
5.obrok npr 8 plaacinki s nutellom ili 4 pecena jaja 2šh
6.obrok š-2 jabuke 23.30h
to je jedan primjer...
zasto mislis da od ovih trbusnjaka nema koristi? dobijem ja dobro opterecenje
taj moj trening otprilike pola sata ali je jako intenzivan jer sam cuo da za definiciju treba sto brze radit s malim ponavljanjima...btw ja ocu da se ta definicija poveca,da mi se ugradi jos mesa xD
