 Mislim da ste mi dali toliko opcija da u dvi zime nebi sve stiglasalim se,ma super mi se sve cini..Posto obozavam crobic oduvijek _kombinirat cu sa spravama,il pilates jos neznam,sve mi se cini ok..Al ovaj moj posao mi sve kvari..od njega nemogu ni upola sto bih htjela..to radno vrime

Moja je preporuka kombinacija jednog oblika crobnog treninga i treninga sa utezima.

Taj crobni trening moze biti i crobik

Treba ti neki crobni trening, a pilates to nije. Pilatesom ces se ucvrstiti, to je istina, ali viskove ces morati rijesiti/odrzavati crobnim treningom.

 Neces biti prenapuhana, za to ti treba puuuuuno vise od obicnog vjezbanja u teretani.

Ideja o crobiku + teretana je sasvim ok!

Zanima me koji oblik vjezbanja bi mogla ubacit ovu zimu..spram svog solo vjezbanja doma da ostanem cvrsta,jos mozda nabijem koji misic.najvise se fokusiram na trbuh njega zaista volim ravnog..i na njemu se ocrtavaju plocice lagano al ne kako bih ja jos htjela..i htjela bih ledja malo istesati...taj dio mi je uvik sexy kako na dr pa tako na sebi..htjela bih malo da su vise misicavija..neznam koje vjezbe bi mi preporucili,ako je izbor teretana..dali da kombiniram sprave+crobik(do sad sam samo crobik uzimala) ili sto mi preporucate jer nebih htjela izgubit svoju zenstvenost nego da sam cvrsta i jos uvik zena...al ne prenapuhana,neznam shvacate li me,znam da ovdi neko ima koji odgovor za mene..
