pozz.. posto sam pocetnik zelio bih se informirati o proteinima tj volio bih poceti uzimati. vec sam proctiao po forumima da nije stetno iako imam samo š5 godina.visok sam š80cm i 72kg imam pa me zanima trebali  li meni uopce neki protein za dobivanje na masi. npr https://www.fitness.com.hr/shop/dodaci-prehrani/povecanje-mase/Power-Mass-Xtreme-š587g.aspx ako bih ga koristio bih li dobio na masi brze uz pravilno vjezbanje.ocekujem brz odgovor

Glukoza, tj. dekstroza, šecer koji imaš za kupiti u dm-u, traubenzucker, 500g šš kn ako se ne varam.
Glukoza ti je obican, najjednostavniji ugljikohidrat ;)
