Interesuje me dali osnovne vjezbe za nogu povecavaju  kondiciju???

Pa.... što se mene tice, kondicija u nekakvom intenzivnijem i kracem obliku ( kracem nego za trcanje od 45 min) se može razviti i dinamickim vježbama snage ( kettlebells, burpees i slicno) kao i plivanjem recimo...

Ali ovim vježbama je to nekakva kondicija za š0 - š5 min cca, nije isto kao vožnja bicikla od š h ili kako rekoh trcanje od 45 min recimo

ako me razumjete, pošto sam sad malo nespretno pokušao objasniti
