Imam ja frend kolji zeli da bude bokser i sada dosao u teratani sa mnom pred jedno 2-3 dena,i sada ga interesuje neka vezva koja moze da mu pojaca udarac sa ruke.Ja sam mu rekao da uzme utege u da udara sa njima na prazno ili na bokserskoj vreci,ali trazim strucno mislenje na temi.

A bench press... svi znaju LOL

da bar.. obratiti pažnju na ove stvari:

š.Lopatice spojene (retraktirane)  tijekom cjelog dizanja

2.ruke nešto šire od ramena i laktovi više uz tjelo  kao kod skelkova na ovom videu

3. lagani luk  u leđima

4. trup napet

5. ne dizati guzu sa klupe :)

6.  noge su na podu ( dapace može se s njima "gurati" o pod, što se zove leg drive i daje stabilnost i snagu)
